Rekha (born 1954) is an Indian actress who is renowned as one of the most exceptional and versatile actresses of all time. Beginning her career as a child actress in Telegu cinema, she soon began playing lead roles in Bollywood but was faced with tasteless criticisms about her darker skin tone, weight and looks.
