RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy must be read & understood in conjunction with our Refund Policy, which states as below:

Making returns and exchanges is extremely easy & straight forward with Ignis Drago!

We have a no questions asked Return & Exchange policy, in case of any manufacturing defects or mistakes in servicing and custom creating your esteemed order. We only request that photographs and information of the same be shared with us within 7 days of delivery for a speedy and prompt resolution.

We also request that returned apparel be unused, with all tags attached and in the same condition that it was received.

As orders are custom created only after receipt from our esteemed customers, its execution shall be based on the exact parameters and order preferences as clearly provided at the time of order as captured by our systems and the same shall be deemed to be properly fulfilled when the aforementioned conditions are met. We promise to custom-make the apparel creations by diligently following the order instructions and any lapse shall be addressed immediately.

A full-value refund to the original source of payment shall be processed immediately in the event that we are unable to address and offer a solution to any & all lapses, in case of any manufacturing defects or mistakes in orders.

Due to the fact that all products are custom-made as ordered, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Orders returned due to logistic reason/problems of any sort, including wrong or insufficient address, refusal to accept delivery, inability to deliver due to closed premises or consignee not available etc., cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In the event that our logistics partner is unable to make a delivery to the customer in 3 attempts and the product is returned to us, we shall not be liable for the payment for the return package. Consignee shall be liable for payment of the return costs incurred, in case of ordered packages returned by the logistics partner, due to their inability to deliver the package to the Consignee, due to any reason whatsoever.

All resending/redispatch of returned packages shall be chargeable at actual rates of chosen logistic method and/or partner.

Due to the custom-made nature of our creations and our commitment to fulfil the order to the best of our ability and sincerity, exactly as per the order parameters laid down by our customers, the same shall be the only specifications adhered to.

Colours as seen on your respective phone, laptop, desktop, television and other screens are always at a slight variance with real life colours. Please note that very slight variations from the photography on the site / social media, in lightness, saturation, +1.5/-1.5 inches deviation from relative displayed print size, are all excepted from this.

The implementation & creation process, once begun, shall be completed within 1-4 days and the creations dispatched by the best available courier to the address provided and/or rectified by our esteemed customers. 
 
For returns or exchanges, please send us an email at support@ignisdrago.in with your proof of purchase, pictures of the product and we will be happy to exchange the same. As per company policy, replacements can only be of the identical product, to the one being replaced.

Jurisdiction (Important Please Note):

By using our website, messaging systems, search, purchase or any other way to interact with us, you implicitly agree irrevocably that all issues of dispute, legal redressal and arbitration are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts only. For clarity, all disputes of any kind, including disputes of purchase, shipping, refunds, returns and copyright, are subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Goa only. You have the right to refuse to deal with us, in case the aforesaid conditions are unacceptable to you.
