COVID-19 NOTE:
Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, and especially during the peaking waves, local rules during lockdowns and restrictions are subject to change due to Government action, which may cause the delivery of some shipments to be affected.
It is possible that your Order may temporarily be undeliverable in your area. Ignis Drago guarantees to ship your creations to you and will place your Order on hold to send to you the moment these restrictions are lifted. It is however important to note that if lockdown restrictions are placed after the Order has been shipped, then the shipment will be held at the destination by the courier until the lockdown is lifted and the item becomes deliverable.

We ship using only the most dependable & well-known couriers.
Pan-India shipping is entrusted to only the most premier courier & logistics partners in the country — Blue Dart, FedEx, Anjani Courier, Professional Couriers, Delhivery & Speed Post. Only to those destinations not serviced by any of these, is an alternate logistics company used.
Our orders are normally delivered between 10-14 business days. However, timelines may be shorter or longer depending on the destination and size of an order.
All orders are totally trackable, with tracking information sent automatically to you on both, the email address & mobile number provided by you during Checkout.
Please make sure that you provide the correct email address & phone number with your order to receive regular status reports on product dispatch & shipment updates.
Once you have received your Airway Bill/Tracking No., please visit the website of the courier company and opt-in to receive automatic updates after inputting your Tracking No.
Delivery in India is normally attempted a maximum of 3 times by our logistics partners before it is marked undeliverable and returned to us.
Most courier delivery personnel will call you up to ensure your availability before attempting delivery. Please make sure to correctly enter your phone number and email at the time of Checkout.
As a responsible company geared towards providing the best possible customer experience, we have a team which monitors the status of all shipments sent by Ignis Drago right up till they are actually delivered.
In most instances, the customer is additionally contacted to ensure that the order has been successfully received.
We request you to ensure that all your contact details, including name, postal address, email address and phone number are properly & correctly input into our systems. This simple act ensures an almost certain delivery every time.
Due to the fact that all products are custom-made as ordered, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Orders returned due to logistic reason/problems of any sort, including wrong or insufficient address, refusal to accept delivery, inability to deliver due to closed premises or consignee not available etc., cannot be cancelled or refunded.
In the event that our logistics partner is unable to make a delivery to the customer in 3 attempts and the product is returned to us, we shall not be liable for the payment for the return package. Consignee shall be liable for payment of the return costs incurred, in case of ordered packages returned by the logistics partner, due to their inability to deliver the package to the Consignee, due to any reason whatsoever.
All resending/redispatch of returned packages shall be chargeable at actual rates of chosen logistic method and/or partner.

By using our website, messaging systems, search, purchase or any other way to interact with us, you implicitly agree irrevocably that all issues of dispute, legal redressal and arbitration are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts only. For clarity, all disputes of any kind, including disputes of purchase, shipping, refunds, returns and copyright, are subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Goa only. You have the right to refuse to deal with us, in case the aforesaid conditions are unacceptable to you.
