Changes are only possible within 6 hours of order placement. A firm acceptance response must be received from Team Ignis Drago in acceptance of the request for changes for a change to be considered accepted.

Cancellations are not possible once product is put into production as it is absolutely Custom-Made and only applicable and relevant to the customer who has placed the order for the bespoke creation.
