Bhagat Singh (1907-1931) was an Indian freedom fighter who is famous for his revolutionary acts of defiance against the British Rule. He left school at thirteen years old and fully dedicated himself to fighting for Indian Independence for the rest of his life. Executed at the young age of twenty-three, he has been enshrined in history as an Indian folk hero and his legacy has continued to inspire many patriots to this day.
